At first I was a little sticker shocks and thought about cutting thing off to save money. But decided to trust Gus and went for it. I am very happy with the quality of his workmanship and the final product is amazing. Worth every penny. He was professional, moved everything for me and did what he said he would do. It was actually better than I expected. I will use him each time I need work done. Thanks Gus. – Carrie D.

Commercial Painting Project

Ashley Livonia North, LLC purchased 117 acres in Livonia, formerly known as the Ladbroke/Detroit Race Course. Ashley pursued this property for several reasons: its excellent interstate access, Livonia’s reputation as a leader in Wayne County for industrial and retail uses, and the city’s excellent infrastructure and good credit rating. The first phase of development consisted of two warehouse/distribution buildings totaling approximately 1.1 million sqaure feet.

These buildings were completed in late 2000 and are now leased to tenants such as Ford Motor Company and Veritiv. The second phase of development, which is currently under construction, consists of two additional warehouse/distribution buildings totaling 915,000 square feet. The larger of the two buildings in the second phase under construction is the building Gus’s Painting Services were hired to complete the project of painting the celing, walls and fire pipes.
